Great North Run
Rosie & I went to check out the start of the world-famous Great North Run this morning. Apparently, it's the largest 1/2 marathon in the world, and it's certainly the most popular, with more than 50,000 entrants! The starting line is just over the Moor, so quite close to us.

Ohhhhh. I wanna do it. But not in a tuxedo, thank you. How do they do that?! And what is the appeal that makes this race so popular?
