I'm not quite sure what happened, as I was at work, but apparently, Rosie caught the nail from her back foot on something, and ripped it out. Ouchy! Thankfully Ole & Jens were home to attend. They bandaged her and Ole took her to the vet, who cleaned her up and put on this very dramatic bandage.
Poor little puppy. She's not nearly as mobile or happy, but she should recover just fine.

Ouch!! That hurts, I am sure of it! My old pug Bigsby did that several years ago, it looked so painful and was so graphic. I hope Rosie is back on her toes soon.
