Joni (aka the Roommate) and I had a productive visit to
Costco the other night. Amongst the purchases was this packet of Quail eggs. Mmm. We thought we'd try them in a salad with tuna. Delish!

looks excellent except for that canned tuna. how were the quail eggs? any different from chicken eggs? That looks like a massive helping by the way, hope you two ladies shared that.
